A – Atomicity – attention to the details

C – Consistency – Consistent improvement in whatever we do

I – Isolation – Switch off the worlds noise

D – Durable – Sustainably carrying out the activities for a long term

Things that are harder to pick up might be

A new musical instrument
A new language
Swimming
Riding a high CC bike
Other physically challenging things – example, I am pretty sure I am not going to be a gymnast or figure skater in this lifetime.
But with all empathy in my heart am switching career.

With enough will, determination and perseverance I think the human body and spirit is capable of
a lot of new learning and change, but in general as you get older there is more inertia to
continue the habits you already have, which make big changes harder.
For others it’s only a job, but for some it’s a hobby, a passion and a lifestyle all at once such is the mindset that thrives in the world.

Good luck!

Neuroplasticity

Imagination creates new data which the brain can use to build new connections between things.

It’s how our brains are designed to work … for learning & development,

consistency is the key.

“Imagination is more important than knowledge” Einstein
